Q) Where does the name "Jenola" come from?
Jenny's Grain Free Jenola is a grain free 'granola' style breakfast or snack food. Traditional 'granola' is a grain based food, usually based on rolled oats and/or other rolled or puffed grains. Not only that, 'grano' means 'grain' in both Italian and French! I was discussing my 'grano' dilemma with one of my customers who suddenly said "Hey, Jenny, why don't you call it 'Jenola'?". That, as they say, was that!
Q) What's the difference between ‘grain free’ and ‘gluten free’?
Grain free products are, by definition, gluten free because they contain no grain at all. Gluten free products are not necessarily grain free - they may contain grains that don't have gluten such as corn or rice.
Q) I don't have a PayPal account. Can I pay by credit card?
Yes. All payments, including credit cards, are processed via PayPal's secure financial transaction service. You don't need a PayPal account to proceed. You can choose to pay by credit card, or a "one-off" PayPal payment, or via your PayPal account. Whatever payment option you choose, you won't incur any additional fees or charges and the transaction is guaranteed by Paypal's secure financial transaction management system.
Q) How does my order get packed & shipped?
All my products are made in and shipped from rural NSW, just outside Canberra. Please take this into consideration when waiting for your parcel as shipments may take a little longer than deliveries within or between capital cities or urban centres. Australia Post with online tracking is used for all orders.
