Organic Porridge 400 grams
A grain-free "porridge" made from all organic ingredients.
Rolled quinoa
Linseeds (flaxseed) & linseed meal
Dried fruit (sultanas, currants, cranberries, goji (wolf) berries)
Sunflower seeds
Styrian pumpkin seeds
Chia seeds
How to prepare (serves 2):
Cook 1/2 cup porridge (optional salt to taste) in 1 cup liquid on low heat for 6 - 10 minutes.
That is, 1 part dry mix: 2 parts liquid (1/2 water: 1/2 your favourite milk is nice).
Top with milk of your choice, a little honey or berries... or not - simply enjoy!.
